Google Analytics collects anonymous data about visitor behaviour on our website (pages visited, session duration, traffic source, etc.) in order to analyse and improve our web content.
IP anonymisation is enabled, meaning the IP address is truncated before being transmitted to Google’s systems, making it anonymous.
Data is stored on Google’s servers. Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection for transfers to the USA.
Data retention: by default, Google Analytics retains data for 26 months.
You may withdraw your consent for Google Analytics at any time via our cookie settings, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
6. Google Ads
We use Google Ads to display advertisements in Google Search results and across the Google Display Network. For this purpose, a Google Ads Conversion Tracking tag is integrated on our website.
This tag allows us to:
• measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns,
• determine whether a visitor completed a specific action after clicking an ad (e.g. submitted a contact form),
• show ads to people who have previously visited our website (remarketing).
Google Ads processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can manage your consent for advertising cookies and Google Ads tracking via your browser settings or our cookie preferences.

7. Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram Advertising)
Our website uses the Meta Pixel – an analytics and advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland.
The Meta Pixel allows us to:
• measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram,
• track conversions (e.g. contact form submissions, clicks on phone numbers),
• create custom audiences for advertising purposes,
• show relevant ads to previous visitors of our website (remarketing).
When you visit our website while logged in to Facebook, the Meta Pixel links your visit to your Facebook account. Meta then obtains data about your behaviour on our website and uses it to personalise advertising content.
Data transferred may include: pages visited, actions taken on the website (clicks, form submissions), IP address and browser data.
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited is responsible for processing data within the EU. Transfers to the USA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
You can manage consent for the Meta Pixel via our cookie settings, or adjust your Facebook advertising preferences at: https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences
